CEO’s feedback work featured once again in SSIR

SSIR recently wrote about how CEO’s constituent feedback work inspired the creation of participant advisory councils (PACs), as a way of formally elevating voice and centering those with lived experience. In this particular example, the PAC work helped organize participants to advocate for an important piece of parole reform legislation in the state of New York.
